Proposed new home could improve drainage in Paradise Valley neighborhood

A new home set to be built in Stone Canyon might provide some relief to neighbors.

At its Dec. 11 meeting, the Hillside Building Committee unanimously approved an application by Randall M. Bury for a new single-family residence at 5333 E. Palo Verde Drive.
