The Phoenix Symphony will host the Savor the Symphony luncheon, which offers guests the experience to eavesdrop on a Phoenix Symphony rehearsal.

The Symphony will be rehearsing “Simply the Best: The Music of Tina Turner,” followed by a curated luncheon. The event will take place at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 6 at Symphony Hall in downtown Phoenix.

Savor the Symphony provides guests with exclusive access to watch an orchestra rehearsal, meet guest artists, and enjoy a luncheon created by one of the Valley’s preeminent chefs, Christopher Collins, owner and executive chef for Common Ground Culinary.

Savor the Symphony attendees will meet guest artist Tamika Lawrence, Phoenix native and vocalist for “Simply the Best” as well as guest Phoenix Pops conductor and Stuart Chafetz, along with Phoenix Symphony musicians.

This year’s live auction, benefiting Symphony programs, will be hosted by Anna Aja, advocate for the Phoenix Symphony.

Tickets and sponsorships are available at phoenixsymphony.org.

Stuart Chafetz will act as guest Phoenix Pops conductor on Feb. 6, at Symphony Hall.
