Veterans, families, friends, and the public are encouraged to attend a ceremony and concert from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday, March 23 at Madison Center for the Arts, 5601 N. 16th St., Phoenix. The program starts with a tribute recognizing women who served from World War II thru the Global War on Terror, plus Rosie Riveters. Guest speakers include leaders from the Arizona Department of Veterans Services and the Women Veteran Program at the Phoenix VA Medical Center.

Recording artist Jeff Senour and the Called to Serve band will perform the “Freedom Rock Experience.” The CTS String Orchestra,Valerie Thompson, world’s fastest female motorcycle racer and a 10-time land speed record holder, and Cody Carter, world champion baton twirler, will make guest appearances.
