Peace of Mind Concierge Services, a Mesa business, has earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association.
Owner Aimee Millan was born and raised in Kettering, Ohio, and moved to Arizona more than 30 years ago. Peace of Mind Concierge Services is a family-run business; Millan’s family all works together now to offer home watch and concierge services.
Peace of Mind Concierge was established to accommodate the many needs homeowners may have, whether they are a permanent resident, part-time resident, have a second home or are just in need of extra assistance with their daily lives, according to a release.
Millan has worked in many industries over her time in Arizona, which include interior design, property management, commercial cleaning, multifamily housing, real estate, construction management, facility supply, vendor management and landscaping. This experience has helped her to fully understand the needs of her clients, along with the resources to address any concerns or needs that her clients may have, the release states.
Peace of Mind Concierge’s customer service is the key to its success. The ability to provide real-time reporting to their clients helps alleviate their worries when they aren’t able to see for themselves. Millan’s goal is to relieve the stress of her clients by knowing that her team of professionals are there for their clients at all times.
