Paradise Valley councilman’s theft case yet to be filed

Councilman Paul Dembow’s case from last summer is reportedly in the hands of Phoenix Municipal Court to determine if charges of theft will be applied.

However, court officials say no charges have been filed at this time.

About eight months have passed since Scottsdale detectives found probable cause to file criminal charges against a Paradise Valley councilman. Since then, the case has mostly bounced around between municipal courts since that time.
