Effective July 1, 2024, the maximum number of renewals allowed per item from the Scottsdale Public Library will be reduced from six to four. This change is being implemented to ensure a wider variety of materials are available for everyone by increasing circulation.
Patrons are encouraged to:
• Check due dates regularly to avoid an item being checked out to you being marked as “lost” and incurring a replacement fee.
• Consider placing holds on popular items in high demand.
• Explore the library’s extensive collection for new discoveries.
