An entity tracing to Lakhbir and Jaswidner Sondh acquired Mirador Square on Sept. 25 from an entity tracing to Stefan Boros for $9.33 million, according to commercial real estate website vizzda.com.

The 46,397-square-foot retail plaza at 860 E. Warner Road, Gilbert, has four buildings built in 2004 on 5.86 acres.
