Mary Elizabeth McClendonMary Elizabeth McClendon, 87, of Queen Creek, passed away Dec. 17 in Mesa.Mrs. McClendon, a homemaker, was born in Laurens, S.C.Survivors include her daughters, LaVern Wilcox, Sharon McClendon; sons, John McClendon, Stephen McClendon; sister, Kay Stewart; brother, Billy Henderson; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.Services were held Dec. 22 at Melcher Mortuary in Mesa.Melcher Mortuary Mission Chapel and Crematory handled arrangements.
