It also offers modern, state-of-the-art industrial facilities designed to meet the company’s evolving operational needs, the release states.
“Kovach has been an important part of our business community for decades, delivering world-class projects while creating high-quality jobs for our residents," Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke said in the release. "Their decision to stay and expand here is a testament to Chandler’s strong economy and talented workforce.”
The 15-year lease was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike Haenel, with Ryan Companies and Alidade Capital serving as the landlord and developer. The buildings are set for completion in the third quarter of 2026, when Kovach will relocate their business operations.
