BOTTOM LINE: Los Angeles faces the Portland Trail Blazers after Luka Doncic scored 52 points in the Los Angeles Lakers' 132-123 victory over the Utah Jazz.
Los Angeles finished 53-29 overall, 33-19 in Western Conference action and 28-13 at home during the 2025-26 season. The Lakers averaged 116.3 points per game last season, 20.4 from the free-throw line and 35.4 from beyond the arc.
