A Goodyear Palm Valley resident and pilot readdressed the Goodyear City Council Monday over his noise and flight safety concerns regarding a nearby aviation school.
Goodyear resident Bryan McCarty previously addressed the city council Aug. 28 about United Aviate Academy’s unsafe flight procedures in and around the Palm Valley area. He says the flight school operates longer than regular hours, and flight paths are well below safe and legal standards.
During Monday's city council session, McCarty said the problem hasn’t gotten better by engaging with airport leadership.
