Together, the two organizations will work to elevate the fan experience, from ticket inquiries to game-day questions and ongoing engagement.
“The Warriors have built one of the most passionate fanbases in sports, and we’re proud to help power what comes next,” said Kira Makagon, President & COO of RingCentral. “Agentic Voice AI is changing the game. It brings a new dimension to our partnership and helps fans stay connected with the team in new ways."
Over the past decade, the Warriors have grown their organization from a single Oakland office to locations in San Francisco, Santa Cruz, and facilities managed through Golden State Sports Academy, with a staff five times the size. RingCentral has kept every location connected along the way. RingCentral delivered when it mattered most in March 2020, when the Warriors shifted eligible teams to remote work. With the RingCentral softphone on laptops and the mobile app on phones, staff kept their phone lines running and stayed in touch with season ticket members, corporate partners, community members, and fans from their business numbers, without disruption.
“RingCentral has been a trusted partner for more than a decade, helping us stay connected as our organization has grown and evolved,” said Brandon Schneider, President & Chief Operating Officer of Golden State. “As we look to the future, we’re excited to build on that foundation and explore how emerging technologies can enhance the fan experience. This expanded partnership reflects our shared commitment to innovation and finding new ways to better serve Warriors fans.”
