CBRE facilitated four new leases at the Galleria, a two-building office complex at 4301-4343 N. Scottsdale Road, in Old Town Scottsdale.
The new leases totaled approximately 120,000 square feet.
CBRE represented the building owner, Stockdale Capital Partners, in the transactions, according to a press release.
Mark-Taylor Residential, AmTrust North America and Independence Home Loans signed leases in the building at 4343 N. Scottsdale Road. Illuminarium Experiences signed a lease for the former exhibition space in the building at 4301 N. Scottsdale Road.
The LEED Gold certified Class A office project, which is among the first WiredScore–Gold certified office projects in the State of Arizona, totals nearly 600,000 sq. ft. across two buildings connected by a skybridge, centrally located within the Old Town entertainment district. Built in the late 1980s, the property was originally designed for retail but was converted to offices in the mid-2000s.
A new fitness and conference center were recently completed at the project, adding to existing project amenities - including patios, interior skyboxes, meeting spaces within the atrium, in addition to a Comoncy Cafe within the complex.
Located at the intersection of Scottsdale Road and Drinkwater Boulevard, the Galleria is within walking distance of shopping, entertainment, restaurants and resort properties.
