Foulke: Air Force pilots working for the holidays

Just a reminder to our Sun City Residents regarding the “jet noise” from Luke Air Force Base. All the pilots in training have to log “X” amount of “fly time” hours each month — day and night-time hours.

This being the Christmas/New Year season, many of the pilots and maintenance personnel want to be with their families over the holidays. Therefore, many more flying hours are being done this time of year. Bear with the noise, and thank those who create the noise.
