Eastmark, Siena Springs condo preliminary plat changes approved by Mesa planning board

Preliminary plats for homes at an Eastmark subdivision and changes at an office condominium development were approved recently by the Mesa Planning and Zoning Board.

They were approved unanimously as part of a consent agenda at a meeting Dec. 16.
