A Dutch Bros coffee shop with a drive-thru is to be constructed at the northwest corner of Lindsay Road and University Drive in Mesa.
The design and landscaping are to be discussed at the 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11, meeting of the Mesa Design Review Board in the lower council chambers, 57 E. First St.
The 950-square-foot coffee shop with drive-thru is to have one outdoor employee shade canopy. Vehicular access is to be from the existing commercial center. A total of 13 parking spaces are to be provided.
