Latin music star Danny Ocean will bring his anticipated North American Reflexa Tour to downtown Phoenix.
The tour kicks off in September in Seattle and will make its way to Arizona Financial Theatre on Sunday, Sept. 29.
Ocean’s multi-platinum hits have collected nearly 10 billion online streams.
Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Ocean spent the first years of his life in the Caribbean and Namibia due to the needs of his parents' careers. His return to Caracas sparked his interest in music, especially electronic music and hip-hop beats.
After moving to Miami, he discovered his voice and wrote the hit song "Me Rehúso," which became a global hit and the Latin song with the most weeks on Spotify’s Top 50 Global chart. It has now garnered over 1.6 billion streams on Spotify, and 1.8 billion views on YouTube.
He signed with Atlantic Records and released popular songs like "Dembow'' and "Vuelve.” These tracks and more personal songs formed his first studio album, “54+1.”
Ocean has also collaborated with several artists and has been the composer of hits such as "Ay Dios Mío'' by Karol G and "Raptame" by Reik. He has a strong voice as a social advocate, and has become a strong supporter of The United Nations Refugee Agency.
