“Harbor Park provides PODS a prime location, increased capacity and positions us to better serve our customers throughout the Valley,” stated Lane Moore, QuarterMoore and PODS Phoenix managing partner, in a press release.

LGE Design Build, a Southwest design-build construction firm, is spearheading the construction and design of Harbor Park. Leasing efforts are being led by Anthony Lydon, John Lydon, Kelly Royle and Hagen Hyatt of JLL. Completion is expected in the third quarter of 2026.

“As one of the nation’s most resilient and in-demand industrial submarkets, the Southwest Valley is exactly where we want to deliver new shallow bay industrial inventory, and Harbor Park is a key part of that vision,” stated Grant Kingdon, principal of the Mountain West Region at Creation, in a press release.

Creation’s Arizona footprint spans the Valley, with notable developments rincluding Thunderbird Commerce Park and The Loop in Scottsdale; Park Algodon in Phoenix; Source Business Center and Nexus Commerce Center in Tempe, Heritage Park in Gilbert, and The Switchyard in Queen Creek.

As part of the official groundbreaking ceremony, which included developers, city officials, stakeholders and community leaders, Creation donated $10,000 to Billy’s Place, a nonprofit that fosters a safe community for kids and families experiencing grief. For information, visit CreationEquity.com.
