Code violations on Apache Junction property before supervisors Wednesday

Authorizing the Pinal County attorney to enforce civil hearing office findings of violations at an Apache Junction property on South Yavapai Road is to be considered by the Pinal County Board of Supervisors Wednesday.

Enforcement is to be authorized including filing a complaint in Superior Court, utilizing appropriate resources to remedy the violations and filing liens for the cost of recovery, according to county records.

The case is in a consent agenda with other items for the 9:30 a.m. Aug. 25 meeting in the Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, 135 N. Pinal St. in Florence.

Authorizing the Pinal County attorney to enforce civil hearing office findings of violations at an Apache Junction property on South Yavapai Road is to be considered by the Pinal County Board of Supervisors Wednesday.

Enforcement is to be authorized including filing a complaint in Superior Court, utilizing appropriate resources to remedy the violations and filing liens for the cost of recovery, according to county records.

The case is in a consent agenda with other items for the 9:30 a.m. Aug. 25 meeting in the Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, 135 N. Pinal St. in Florence.

The property owner at 2580 S. Yavapai Road was found in violation of the Pinal County Development Services Code for outside storage of scrap/debris for tenants, storing interior furniture outside of units, vehicle parking for tenants, and storing inoperable and/or unregistered vehicles in front of units, according to the agenda.

The supervisors are to vote on authorizing the county attorney to take all necessary action to enforce the civil hearing office finding of violations against Nathan D. Rippey, Jeffrey Smith and David K. Rippey.
