RV storage, other code violations in Apache Junction before supervisors Wednesday

Authorizing the Pinal County attorney to enforce civil hearing office findings of violations at an Apache Junction property on West Kaniksu Street is to be considered by the Pinal County Board of Supervisors Wednesday.

Enforcement is to be authorized including filing a complaint in Superior Court, utilizing appropriate resources to remedy the violations and filing liens for the cost of recovery, according to county records.

The case is in a consent agenda with other items for the 9:30 a.m. Aug. 25 meeting in the Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, 135 N. Pinal St. in Florence.

Authorizing the Pinal County attorney to enforce civil hearing office findings of violations at an Apache Junction property on West Kaniksu Street is to be considered by the Pinal County Board of Supervisors Wednesday.

Enforcement is to be authorized including filing a complaint in Superior Court, utilizing appropriate resources to remedy the violations and filing liens for the cost of recovery, according to county records.

The case is in a consent agenda with other items for the 9:30 a.m. Aug. 25 meeting in the Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, 135 N. Pinal St. in Florence.

The property owner at 624 W. Kaniksu St. was found in violation of the Pinal County Development Services Code for recreational vehicle storage for residing in RVs with generator power, outside storage and parking, having an inoperable and unregistered RV, and for scrap and debris at the site, according to the agenda.

The supervisors are to vote on authorizing the county attorney to take all necessary action to enforce the civil hearing office finding of violations against Janet Sandoval, Suzanne Smith and Ginger Stanford.
