Chicanos Por La Causa’s new program, CPLC Home Lending, is building a pathway to achievable homeownership for all prospective homeowners in Arizona.
The program offers affordable mortgage loans and professional mortgage guidance through a nonprofit model where interest goes back toward the community, fueling local services and businesses.
“CPLC Home Lending builds upon our rich history of serving all housing needs, creating lasting homeownership opportunities that encourage individuals take the next big step in owning the home of their dreams,” David Adame, CPLC president and CEO, shared in a press release. “No matter where you come from or how you look, you’re not alone.”
CPLC Home Lending increases accessibility to resources that help future homeowners navigate industry terms, pre-qualification, and loan applications. In addition to offering loans and down payment assistance, eligible borrowers are not required to participate in a mortgage insurance loan program, resulting in fewer fees for homebuyers.
“The CPLC Home Lending team is ready to inspire confidence within our communities. Their dreams of becoming a homeowner are possible,” Patricia Duarte, Executive Vice President of Homeownership Initiatives, stated. “From the first step in applying for a loan to the moment you get your keys, our resources empower you to be informed and secure in your decisions throughout the entire journey.”
