Cecil Phillip Meyer, 91Cecil Phillip Meyer of Sun City West died March 29, 2007. He was born in Storm Lake, Iowa, and moved to Sun City from Iowa in 1980. He was an insurance salesman. Survivors include his wife, Leta; daughter, Beverly McGrew and son, Philip. Advantage Golden Door Chapel made the arrangements.
