Now for the tough part — how to make it happen. The big stumbling block seems to be how can “we the people” force the current lawmakers to pass legislation that will effectively remove them from the gravy train?
I’m looking, in vain so far, for candidates who articulate a specific peaceful plan to accomplish these steps.
Currently all I see is motherhood. apple pie, puffery, and vicious attacks on “the other guy.”
The top level requirement is unlimited money and a team with detailed knowledge/experience in how government actually works today as well as how it was intended/designed to work.
