BOTTOM LINE: The Chicago Blackhawks will attempt to end a three-game road slide when they visit the New York Islanders.

New York went 43-34-5 overall and 22-17-2 in home games last season. The Islanders averaged 3.0 power-play chances per game last season, and converted on 16.5% (40 total power-play goals).

Chicago went 29-39-14 overall and 15-20-6 in road games a season ago. The Blackhawks scored 40 power-play goals last season on 236 chances for a 17.0% success rate.
