Republican Rep. Andy Biggs faced No Labels candidate TeriAnn Hourihan Tuesday night in a Clean Elections Debate, where Hourihan spent much of her time questioning Biggs instead of answering questions about her own platform.
Democratic Gov. Katie Hobbs and her running mate, former Mesa Mayor John Giles, both declined to participate in Clean Elections Debates. Green Party candidate Risa Lombardo also did not participate.
Biggs and Hourihan discussed topics such as water, school choice and their choice to challenge Hobbs this year.
