Peoria Police have arrested two men in connection to a residential burglary on April 17 near the 12000 block of North 79th Avenue.

They have arrested 32-year-old Garrison Peters at his Glendale residence, as well as 25-year-old Youngtown resident Jarrad Gibson in Peoria.

Both were arrested without incident.

Garrison and Jarrad were both taken to the Peoria Police Department where they were interviewed, processed, and later taken to Maricopa County Jail where they were booked on the following charges: armed robbery, kidnapping, aggravated assault, theft-means of transportation and first-degree burglary.

Peoria Police responded to a report of a residential burglary located near the 12000 block of North 79th Avenue about 8:30 a.m. April 17.

The victim reported two men who knocked on his front door and made contact with him. Both were wearing yellow reflective vests and they were pretending to work for a gas company. They forced entry into the residence and assaulted the victim, who was later taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The investigation showed both men burglarized the victim’s residence while also stealing his truck.
