2026 Elections

Arizona CD5 GOP primary shows contrasting finance strategies

Republican candidates running for Arizona’s 5th Congressional District entered the 2026 cycle with sharply different financial profiles, according to the most recent federal campaign reports through March 31.

Mark Lamb posted the stronger traditional fundraising operation, bringing in nearly $720,000 in contributions and building a campaign largely on individual donors and committee support.

Daniel Keenan reported far more total receipts overall, but that advantage was driven overwhelmingly by more than $1.4 million in loans from the candidate rather than outside contributions.
