Answer to homeowners’ questions on utility workers

OPINION — In response to Jim Bryant’s questions on utility workers:

The Sun City West Property Owners and Residents Association — PORA — called Epcor, APS and Cox and all of the companies had the same policy: Utilities may not be able to notify homeowners before workers show up, but the workers should always have their ID. 

If someone shows up with no ID, you may tell them to leave and call police if they stay on your property.
