Sun City resident in the dark after arriving home to find orange paint, flags on his property

OPINION — I read with interest Jim Bryant’s letter about utility workers in your Feb. 25 edition.

On Friday, I returned home to find my back yard marked up with orange paint and flags. I had received no advance warning of this work nor any explanation of its purpose.

So far questions to Recreation Centers of Sun City, Sun City Homeowners Association and Maricopa County have provided no additional interest.
