The candidates running for the Legislative District 4 Senate seat are running unopposed in the July 21 primary race. Incumbent Carine Werner, of Scottsdale, will be on the Republican ticket while Phoenix native Aaron Lieberman will represent the Democrats.
Legislative District 4 covers parts of Phoenix, Paradise Valley and Scottsdale.
Independent Newsmedia sent out a questionnaire to learn about the candidates’ thoughts on the challenges facing Legislative District 4 now and into the future. Lieberman did not respond.
