Sprouts Farmer’s Market officials say they still plan to open the store proposed for the Papago Plaza.

Company officials told the Daily Independent they plan to open the store in the fourth quarter of 2025. They did not, however; explain the delay in opening the store.

The company submitted plans for the building back in January 2023 and the city hasn’t heard from them since then, said Scottsdale Development Services Manager Michael Clack.
