The Scottsdale Police Department is conducting an investigation into reported allegations of a digital dossier linked to the Scottsdale Unified School District Governing Board President, Jann-Michael Greenburg.
The digital dossier was first reported by Independent Newsmedia on Nov. 9.
“The Scottsdale Police Department is aware of the allegations against Scottsdale Unified School District President Jann-Michael Greenburg,” Public Information Office Sgt. Kevin Quon said in an emailed statement. “We are conducting an investigation into the matter and will report our findings once it is complete.”
Police did not respond when questioned regarding what if any potential crime they are investigating.
Greenburg and his father Mark, who’s also linked to the Google drive, deny any involvement or knowledge of the Google Drive in question, however the active link to the site was made private around 11 a.m. Nov. 9, after Independent Newsmedia called the family.
Sgt. Quon recommends anyone in the public with information on this case to contact the police department at 480-312-5562.
On Friday afternoon, Scottsdale Unified School District Superintendent Dr. Scott Menzel released a written statement addressing the allegations.
The school district will be hiring an independent forensic investigator to look into the digital dossier, Menzel said.
