For Scottsdale resident Elisa Lane, running a podcast studio had long been a dream on her vision board.
From owning a clothing store and karate school to running a marketing business, Lane discovered her true passion was connecting with people. In 2016, she launched her own podcast to help business owners expand their voices and reach new audiences. After recording more than 300 episodes, a conversation with a guest who owned a video production studio sparked an idea.
Lane later met entrepreneurs Jim Lupkin and Bill Brassow, who shared her vision of empowering business owners with the tools to grow. Together, they launched PodWorks Studios in Mesa in October 2024 — a full-service podcast production studio dedicated to helping Arizona businesses increase visibility and make a greater impact in the community.
