Greenlight Communities, 8135 E. Indian Bend Road, No. 101, a developer dedicated to constructing rental housing, has promoted Traci Wendelboe to the role of president of Greenlight Construction.
Wendelboe assumed the role of project manager at Greenlight in 2021 and ascended to the position of vice president of project management in 2022. With a construction career spanning over two decades, she possesses expertise across diverse sectors such as multi-family, student housing, mixed-use and heavy civil construction.
Since her relocation to Arizona in 2018, Wendelboe has achieved success in supervising multi-family projects with a cumulative value exceeding $650 million. She is also a member of The National Association of Women in Construction and AZCREW.
