To better align the services it provides for its clients, the Scottsdale psychiatry practice Choulet Wellness recently changed its name to Choulet Performance Psychiatry.

It offers high-level executives, athletes and their families access to concierge-level mental health care.

Now in its fourth year, Choulet Performance Psychiatry provides tailored and evidence-based concierge services to clients in the office, at home or at practice facilities for athletes.
