LevRose, a commercial real estate company in Scottsdale, celebrated its 30-year anniversary last month which it commemorated with 30 days of giving, donating $10,000 to local charities.
Since its inception, LevRose has grown from a two-person vision to a 36-person company.
“Over the last 30 years we have done approximately 7,000 transactions. Each deal has a story connected to an individual with a dream, similar to our own,” Jon Rosenberg, co-founder of LevRose, said in a press release. “We would not have been able to make it 30 years without the support of our team, our partners, our clients and the community.”
In honor of its professional milestone, LevRose decided to dedicate its anniversary to the community. According to a press release, it selected the following three local charities that are near and dear to the company’s heart to benefit, both through volunteering and fundraising efforts:
- Children’s Cancer Network: Supports children and families throughout their cancer journey with programs and services designed to provide financial assistance, promote education, encourage healthy lifestyles and create an awareness of issues they face related to childhood cancer. The LevRose team volunteered at CCN’s Pinwheels for Hope Event.
- Rio Vista Center: Serves the community of south Phoenix with a variety of programs to help the homeless and those in need. The LevRose team packed boxes of groceries for the organization.
- AZ Power Paws: Provides highly skilled assistance dogs to children and adults with disabilities, along with education and continuing support for working assistance dog teams. The LevRose team assisted the Power Paws trainers with training and walking the service dogs.
In addition to volunteering, LevRose spent the month of its anniversary educating the team, clients and other connections on the three organizations selected, using social media platforms to raise awareness and fundraising more than $10,000 in donations.
