Press Coffee is opening a new location near McCormick Ranch.

The new shop can be found in the Mercado Del Lago Plaza, 8300 N. Hayden Road in Scottsdale, which is on the northeast side of the center. The grand opening will be on May 13, according to a press release.

Renovations on the 1,300-square-foot space began in February to create a modern look and feel. The location boasts plenty of seating with updated power outlets and workspace with views of the Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt.

“Press is thrilled to be a part of the McCormick Ranch community,” said Jason Kyle of Press Coffee. “We look forward to welcoming in new and returning guests and we appreciate the support from the Lakeview Coffee team as we make this transition.”

To celebrate the grand opening, Press Coffee will sell $1 drip coffee from May 13-15 with 100% of profits donated to HopeKids, a local nonprofit created to restore hope and transform the lives of children with life-threatening medical conditions and their families through ongoing events, activities and more around the community, the release states.

“I wanted to thank all of our customers for making Lakeview Coffee such a special place,” said Lakeview owner Ori Eisen. “As a resident of the area we are excited to work with Press Coffee in continuing what we started. Good luck to Press, and I am looking forward to being a customer.”

Hours are expected to be 6:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. on weekends.

Quality-driven and community-focused, Press shares its passion for specialty coffee by providing the highest quality coffee products, service and knowledge with customers and the community every day, proponents of the brand contend.
