The Maricopa County Examiner’s Office has identified the body pulled out of the Arizona Canal as missing 23-year-old Scottsdale resident, Robert Anthony Cuillo.

Cuillo was last seen around 1 a.m. July 17, in Old Town Scottsdale officials say.
