Carrying the legacy of Scottsdale’s first and only micro-distillery, One Handsome Bastard is now open. Occupying the former Blue Clover Distillery space, it is located at 7042 E. Indian School Road.
Owned and operated by mother-daughter duo Trish and Bren Ritchie, One Handsome Bastard is more than a business venture: it’s a tribute to their late husband and father. Together, they celebrate Brad Ritchie and encourage the community to live life to the fullest. To honor Brad, 10% of profits from One Handsome Bastard vodka sales will be donated to a local nonprofit to support the fight against cancer.
“One Handsome Bastard is not just about crafting exceptional spirits but celebrating life and cultivating community,” said Trish Ritchie, owner and operator of One Handsome Bastard. “We invite the Valley to raise a glass with us, it’s for a good cause.”
One Handsome Bastard hand-distills and manufactures its premium, small-batch gin and vodka onsite in partnership with Blue Clover Spirits. In addition to infused vodkas, the menu boasts a variety of craft cocktails and includes a variety of bar food offerings ranging from wings to burgers.
One Handsome Bastard is open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday for lunch and dinner. The restaurant will open 11 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and close at 10 p.m. During happy hour, which takes place 4:30-7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, patrons can enjoy half-priced cocktails and $1 off wine and draft beer.
