As the oldest of four siblings, Dr. Kiera Smialek grew up caring for children long before she knew she would make pediatrics her career.

During medical school, she gravitated toward her pediatric rotations, eventually realizing she wanted to build a practice centered on helping children thrive.

She had a vision of opening a naturopathic pediatric clinic that offered families support for newborn and childhood concerns, but she didn’t yet know how to build a business or where to start.
