Low-volt LED lighting company opens in Scottsdale

An in-home lighting design company, Twelve-24 Low-Volt LED Lighting, recently opened in the Scottsdale Airpark.

In business for 10 years, Twelve-24 Low-Volt LED Lighting specializes in the design and installation of LED low-volt lighting inside the home, including for kitchen cabinets, pull-out drawers, pantries, soffits in rooms, bathroom vanities and mirrors, liquor and wine storage racks, beneath beds, and light therapy showers.

According to a press release, the company was originally founded in 2012 by Phoenix-based lighting designer and entrepreneur, Gary Smith, as “Mr. Cabinet Lights.”

The inspiration for the business began when Smith needed to replace old fluorescent lights under his kitchen cabinets. He installed halogen puck lights first, and through research, it evolved into LED strip lighting systems.

After a decade of completing hundreds of eye-popping lighting design projects inside homes across the Valley, Smith is now offering franchise opportunities.

Some of the benefits to franchisees include an affordable franchise fee, home-based office, low start-up cost, unique and niche-oriented business model and growth potential. An electrician’s license is not required.

As the only indoor, low-volt lighting franchise in America, Twelve-24 Low-Volt LED Lighting offers a lifetime warranty for all the LED lighting components.

“What really makes our company unique is we only focus on LED lighting systems for inside the home, using our own products and designs in the most cost-effective way,” Smith said in the release. “With our ergonomic lighting expertise and quality customer service, we proudly bring our customers much needed lighting safety, color and joy when they see the beauty in their homes enhanced by our LED light systems.”

Twelve-24 Low-Volt LED Lighting is located at 7750 E. Gelding Drive, Suite 3 in Scottsdale. For more information, visit twelve24lv.com.
