Founded in 2018, Girl About Town, a travel concierge for bachelorettes, has now expanded to Nashville, Tenn.
It is now able to service all of the incoming bachelorettes heading to the Music City. After seeing the success Scottsdale showcased over the years, CEO Meghan Alfonso felt it was time to grow her business to Nashville and help all of the “brides to be” experience the Girl About Town style, a press release stated.
“Girl About Town is not just a decorating company, we go above and beyond for all of our customers. From custom decor packages, to neon signs that make every group feel special, we are here to create an epic experience,” Alfonso said in the release.
In Scottsdale this year, Girl About Town has already executed over 400 bachelorette parties and plans by this time next year to have done a few hundred in Nashville. From decorating, to filling your fridge, to itinerary planning, the company can handle every detail of your weekend in Nashville.
Alfonso took three of her seasoned employees to Tennessee this past summer to experience all things bachelorette. Being in the town and seeing what it would be like if they were on a bachelorette trip was a success. The team realized the Airbnbs are multiple levels (versus the ones in Scottsdale), so the packages do not need to be as large. In addition, pool floats and picnics as a service are not needed since backyards at most of the short-term rentals are nonexistent.
The team is excited about the future and hopes that even locals in Arizona would consider using their services in Nashville, the release stated. With more people traveling again, Alfonso is hopeful for this new city to be added under the GAT umbrella.
