OPINION — Hi. I’m Skyler Badenoch, a local SUSD dad who knows we only have 12 days until the election.
As a parent with children attending Desert Mountain High School and Cheyenne Traditional School, I see firsthand the incredible programs and educational opportunities our schools provide. However, to continue offering these experiences, our facilities need to keep up.
Our students and teachers deserve safe, modern and well-maintained spaces that support learning, creativity, and growth. Investing in our school facilities is an investment in the future of our children and our community.
