HonorHealth hires Briggs, Frangesch for senior leadership team

Posted

HonorHealth healthcare system recently welcomed industry veterans Paul Briggs and Wayne Frangesch to its senior leadership team.

Bringing more than 30 years of healthcare experience, Mr. Briggs joins HonorHealth as senior vice president and chief financial officer, with extensive background in financial and operational leadership roles with hospital systems, health plans and medical groups.

In his role, Mr. Briggs will focus on ensuring HonorHealth maintains a “strong financial position to support exceptional patient care and improves the health and well-being of those served by HonorHealth,” according to a press release, adding that he will even oversee patient financial services, supply chain, real estate and insurance contracting.

“Paul is a great addition to our leadership team, especially as we continue to grow and transform healthcare,” said Todd LaPorte, HonorHealth CEO, in a prepared statement.

“His past leadership successes, combined with his knowledge and understanding of the entire healthcare ecosystem, aligns perfectly with our commitment to making healthcare simple for all our patients.”

Mr. Frangesch assumes the role of senior vice president and chief human resources officer, noted the release.

He joins HonorHealth with more than 20 years of human resources experience in the healthcare industry, the release said, adding that he will lead talent acquisition, retention, employee development and employee relations for HonorHealth and more.

“Wayne’s commitment to fostering a healthy company culture is evident by his established track record as a human resources leader,” Mr. LaPorte said.

“We are honored to have him join our senior leadership team as we continue to build our culture of excellence here at HonorHealth, where our employees are dedicated to providing the best quality of care to our patients.”
