Ground broken on upcoming 88-unit luxury condos in North Scottsdale

Ground was recently broken on an upcoming 88-unit luxury condominium community in North Scottsdale’s luxury corridor.

According to a press release, Chicago-based developer Belgravia Group officially broke ground on Atavia in North Scottsdale. The development will feature 14 buildings with each being four stories tall, 88 units with a mix of two, three and four bedroom residences. Prices for each unit will range from $800,000 to $1.7 million.

Each unit will have private attached two-car garages. The community will also feature a Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired clubhouse with resort-style amenities including a sparkling pool, spa, golf simulator, fitness center and more.

More than 60% of Atavia’s first phase is already sold, according to a press release. The development will be located north of Loop 101 and east of Scottsdale Road.
