Gallery Andrea in Scottsdale presents its spring exhibit with works from artists Joan Adam, Doreen Wulbrecht and Gallery Andrea owners and mother-daughter duo, Andrea de Kerpely-Zak and Andrea Zakrzewski.

The Gallery presents “Spring Wildflowers of Arizona” by International artist Andrea de Kerpely-Zak, who is known for her healing impressionist florals, according to a press release.

A Hungarian-born artist who left during the 1956 uprising, de Kerpely-Zak’s uplifting impressionist florals are a symbol of freedom as they are never enclosed in vases, according to the release.

In celebration of Spring, de Kerpely-Zak has created a special series of wildflower art such as African Daisies and Mexican Gold poppies. Her wildflower art is published together with Georgia O’Keeffe.

Step into spring with custom-made wearable art by designer Andrea Zakrzewski, including floral fashion with dresses, skirts, scarves, handbags and shawls available for purchase. Her floral fashion has been featured on various runways and fashion shows.

Gallery Andrea also presents “Spring Skies” by Joan Adam, an artist who loves to capture the magic of Arizona sunsets in a loose impressionist style.

Adam’s colors are bold and mesmerizing and her other passion is painting clouds, the release said.

Gallery Andrea also presents “Spring abstracts” by Doreen Wulbrecht, who uses a technique called “fluid dimensions” to create her brightly colored abstracts.

Wulbrecht is an award-winning artist and has exhibited nationally.

Gallery Andrea is located at 7019 E. Main Street in Scottsdale. For more information, call 480-481-2530 or visit artandrea.com.
