Five local real estate professionals honored for charity work

Scottsdale real estate agent Tim McBride honored five local real estate professionals at a recent event.
On Oct. 29, McBride hosted the inaugural Change Agents of Phoenix Awards in Scottsdale, where five real estate professionals were recognized for using their success in real estate as a platform for charity work and philanthropic efforts, according to a press release.
The five honorees including Brian North of North&Co., who earned recognition for him and his team’s efforts to donate $250,000 to Arizona Housing Fund, which helps fund low-income and affordable housing, over the last four years. Also honored from North&Co. was Ashley Dabibi, who was recognized for her involvement with the Alzheimer’s Association Desert Southwest Chapter as an Ambassador Advocate.
Other honorees include Logan Hall from Century 21 Northwest for his involvement with Make-A-Wish, Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Salvation Army. Chris Lundberg from Redeemed Real Estate was recognized for his work with community development non-profit 1Mission; and Frank Aazami from Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty for his work with multiple organizations across the Valley including the Phoenix Heart Ball.
