Scottsdale-based Davis Commercial AZ announced a new member to fill its newly added position of senior vice president.
Charles Carlise is the new senior vice president and brings four decades of commercial real estate experience with him, according to a press release.
Carlise will support the firm’s growth and offer strategic guidance using his track record of success in development, leasing, acquisitions and portfolio management. Notable work from Carlise includes the the revitalization of the 575,000 square foot Biltmore Fashion Park, development of the 250-acre Mesa Riverview project and the renaissance and redevelopment of the 1.3 million square foot Pavilions at Talking Stick mixed-use entertainment and retail shopping center.
