Cosanti Originals and The Joy Bus raise $5.4 million

Posted

Cosanti Originals and The Joy Bus are two local companies that have a strong foundation of giving back to the community and recently, the two collaborated to create a one-of-a-kind windbell to commemorate an important cause.

The Joy Bus Creator Jennifer Caraway is a longtime Cosanti fan and the windbells are often her go-to when giving special occasion gifts. So when it came to thanking the generous supporters of The Joy Bus More Than A Meal Capital Campaign — which raised more than $5.4 million for a remodel and expansion of their kitchen, pantry and dining capacity — Caraway knew exactly how she could show her gratitude — with a Cosanti windbell.

“We are so grateful to be able to collaborate with Cosanti Originals to create their one-of-a-kind windbells as beautiful and memorable gifts for our major campaign supporters,” Caraway said in a written statement. “The opportunity to provide such a gorgeous gift to those in our community who support our organization’s goals for expansion means the world to us.”

“When we were approached about doing a custom collaboration windbell with The Joy Bus, we jumped at the opportunity,” Liz Martin-Malikian, CEO of Cosanti Originals, said in a written statement. “We love working with other local businesspeople whose missions also serve to improve the world around us and The Joy Bus certainly defines that effort.”
