Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa has joined the distinguished list of significant and well-known areas of Arizona that hang Cosanti Original Windbells.

The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa and The Cosanti Foundation have a long business relationship and this new installation represents that connection while showcasing an original Arizona masterpiece as guests arrive at the resort from all over the world, according to a press release.

“Under the Cosanti Foundation’s guidance, we decided to install the Sculptural Bell Mobile at the resort entrance as a creative statement piece that ‘wows’ guests upon arrival and also sparks a conversation about Scottsdale’s art and culture scene,” said Kimi Thomas, marketing manager of Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa. “Given the success of our previous partnerships with The Cosanti Foundation — from on-property pouring demonstrations to coordinating visits to the Cosanti gallery for tours — we know our guests appreciate this installation as an added touchpoint to engage with an incredible local business.”

The Sculptural Bell Mobile was designed and created from original high-density polystyrene carving by Paolo Soleri. Cast in bronze by master bronze artisans at Cosanti, the piece stands nearly more than 10 feet tall and weighs 269 pounds.

It serves as a fine example of the three-dimensional, kinetic and almost architectural elements Soleri brought to his sculptures, the press release stated.
